Ive had this refrigerator for 8-9 years and in this time Ive had many problems with this refrigerator. Ive called the repair man many times. Ive had leaks, problems with it not getting cold, the fan being broken, ice machine being broken. Ive had this refrigerator not work for days at a time. Right now Im having problems with the ice machine and Ive called the repair man already and have had to replace parts many times over the years. I would like to either get This fridge replaced or get store credit for the fridge. Thank you.

Not happy

Had a really really bad experience at PC Richard Chelsea after years of spending tens of thousands at the Bellmore NY branch. This guy Sal in appliances got me all set up with all my kitchen replacement appliances and then it turned into a nightmare.

He asked me to write a reveiw before job was even delivered, delivery dates were missed on his end while I drove to the house and waited all day and missed work and then they left a dented dish washer at my house which is still here I do not think I have spent more in any store in my life and I am really sad about this experience.

If anyone from PC Richards actually reads any of this I would love to speak with someone. I am hoping the dishwasher gets credited to my account and I will turn to home depot to complete my needs.

My landlord has all of my appliances under 10 year warranties.

My stove stopped working a month ago.

1st appointment- there repair guys called out after I was already home(took off of work) waiting.

2nd appointment- the guy replaced the wrong item. I once again took off of work.

3rd appointment- A guy came, took a visual look at the stove, did not even touch it, and said that he had already ordered a new control panel.

Once again, I had to take off of work for this 4 hour window. I was called the next day to say that the parts were in.

4th appointment- Lost $200 to take off of work on a Saturday for the 4 hour window of time.

I was called an hour into the 4 hour window to say that they had a problem getting one of the parts (the parts that supposedly arrived a week ago. I have now been on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to the Service Manager who is not getting on the phone because I am pissed off.

I have to return item, before issue can be resolved

I purchased a night owl security system from the store on Richmond avenue Staten island NY, they deliberately sold me one that was returned from another customer. Unfortunately I don't live in the US and I was returning home the following day and didn't have time to check it. On my return to my country I opened it up and tried setting it up, only to find out the previous owner has a password lock on it and to make matters worse none of the 4 cameras are working. Now I'm stuck with a system that I can't return or use at all, this cost $272 US.

I bought side by side fridge Frigidaire in July 2023. Three weeks ago I smelled burning and heard strange sounds. I plugged off my fridge. Then I made an appointment. Nobody comes by that time. I call again to customer service and rescheduled the mechanic visit. He said the compressor was gone and customer service would call me about the decision. Nobody calls me back. I called again. The lady told me that the mechanic's report was different and she would call me back after a discussion with somebody. Nobody calleddo me back. Please advise. Case #3-196****

Poor Service

Pc Richard service SUCKS!!! Purchased a LG washer combo Oct 26th service call Nov. 1st parts ordered Nov. 7th parts received Dec. 15th Service tech showed up outside appointment window with an attitude about having too many jobs And said parts are lost Whos paying me to keep taking off of work Supervisor said she will call back to resolve the issue but she never called back. When I bought the unit I had no issue paying and now I get run around service I spent lots of money with PC Richard Never Again PC Richard service SUCKS

my dishwasher has not worked properly since 12/12/2002 .

I have had 5 repair people here and many many calls .

12/12/2022 / 2/9/2023 / 2/27/2023 / 3/6/2023 did not show up rescheduled to 3 /7/2023 which I only found this out because I called them about 4 o'clock they never contacted me . also when the tech did show up he said that this happed to 4 or 5 other people and that Pc Richards gave them compensation for wasting there time / 3/16/2023 .

on 3/7/2023 the repair person showed up and installed the motor which is what they said was the problem .

he did a short test and then left . after he left I used the dishwasher but it made so much noise that it was unusable .

called them less than 20 minutes after he left the service department said that the tech would call me .

which he did not .

the next day I called again , they made an appointment for another tech to come out. 3/16/2023 when the tech got here he determined that the pump was faulty . so he order more parts .

as of today 3/29/2023 the dishwasher still does not work .

AND DO TO THE FACT THAT I TRUSTED PC RICHARDS THE DISHWASHER IS NOW JUST OUT OF THE 1 YEAR MANUFACTOR WARRANTY .

SO SAMSUNG CAN NOT HELP ME UNLESS I PAY FOR THE SERVICE .

they keep saying that they cannot get the parts . then they say the parts are on the way . they said the parts should get there about the 1st or before .

but they cannot get a tech to install them do to there system .

ALL I WANT IS FOR THEY TO FIX THE DISHWASHER CORRECTLY AND THE FASTEST TIME POSSIBLE TIME .

I think to this point that I have been patient .

but know I am done . as I told the manager to 3/29/2023 MICHEAL HARRISE my next step is to sue Pc Richards and there service department .

Your HR staff needs to be re interviewed for their management positions. Completely unprofessional to employees families and employees themselves.

I've never had someone sound so unprofessional as a manager in my entire life! And Ive been one myself for 7 years! I don't speak to family members of employees or to my employees with such disrespect. This company only cares about one thing, and it's definitely not the comfortability of their employees and treating them with proper respect.

After they bust their *** to make money for your company.

Theyre the ones making YOU money! YOUR HR STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL,WITH STATING RUDE RACIAL REMARKS, IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PROFESSION, AND COMPLETELY 100% LAZY.

Piranha sales people, 2 year old model sold as current year

walking in to look at new TV's i was jumped on by sales people right at the door, walking past them i had one have the brass to walk up to me and say " i was up next your my customer. I told him i don't deal with Piranha sales people and leave me alone , which he did.

Next a very nice manager walked over to help after i watched the other sales man talking to him.

, i asked about a Samsung 55 inch qled flat screen, was told it was the current years model, Which turned out to be a LIE! At that point i should have walked out and gone to the nearby Walmart or Target,but didn't

i went home with a TV that was opened in front of me and turned on to test,

When home and registering the warranty it turns out ,that it was a 2021 not a as told 2022, Samsung only set the Warranty out 8 months not the 12 it should have been,

Don't waste your time going to them, one can get the same items at Walmart

On June 8th 2021 I have placed an order # 39-133**** for Subzero refrigerator, delivery date was rescheduled several times, and today May 25th 2022 finally I was supposed to receive a delivery, and no luck. I contacted the local store and tried to speak with two managers Pedro and Solomon, both of them are not available at 4 pm, gone for the day. What a terrible service, lies and lack of competency.
