I was told that I could receive all of my appliances within days of calling for delivery. Not True!!!!!!!!!!!

They only had a partial delivery and did not tell me. The delivery guy gave me the news. when I called

the store the "sales person" that promised us delivery of everything at one time, said he could not do

anything about it. Also the night before the store had called me to confirm delivery of all of the appliances.I will never shop at PC Richard again. When your retail numbers get low just remember the people you pissed off,

they were consumers that trusted you and you betrayed them...Shame On You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $1700.
