we ordered 6 appliances (range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer) from the west new York store. The appliances were originally to be delivered on 11/21/17.

Our contractor was delayed a few days so we pushed the delivery to the morning of 11/28. Today we get a call from our sales rep that 5 of the 6 items will be delivered on the 28th. When questioned where the 6th piece was, we were told by our salesperson (George Sexton) that the range was sold to someone else. We paid in full for all these appliances and they knowingly ignored their commitment to us to make another sale at our expense.

When asked how they could sell our appliance to someone else Mr. Sexton responded that it was our fault for delaying the delivery for a week. Now they are telling us it could be weeks before the appliance is delivered. Apparently the goods P.C.

Richards commit to you once you pay for them are fair game right up to the moment they deliver them. Does P.C.

Richards have the right to sell the product I already paid for? This seems totally unprofessional and if this is any indication of their salesforce and their company, I would strongly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere.
