Need upper management

It is impossible to get anyone above basic customer service. Their website gives you one option and even with that, you have hold times of 30-45 minutes. Its awful.

Service Repairs extremely Bad

I have been been out of service for 2 weeks with a Refrigrator I have 3 family on insulin and no Refrigration for 2 weeks I had a service call for today from 3p to 7p never showed I called customer service they said they were on their never showed this company is horrible

Issue resolved

Issued was resolved. A service manager from corporate office contacted me and offered to replace fridge completely. She was lovely.

Bad Experience regarding my warranty

Rude customer service

I was expecting the repair man. Saw an email that Parts needed to be ordered the female in refrig dept. was rude and nasty. Claims I hung up on manager. Wouldnt give reason why repair was cancelled. She shouldnt be working with people.

User's recommendation: If you get a female in refrig repairs hang up. A very nice man on Saturday helped me.

Purchased 2-A/C window units (Frigidaire 8000 BTU) for $319.97 on 5/24/2021, sales person (Ajibola) told me that these A/C units on the floor were on sale, so I purchased 2 units. On 6/21/2021 while shopping at BJ's i saw the same units on sale for $229.99, Called P. C. Richards on 6/26/2021 after waiting 18 mins they can't honor Price Guarantee!

Zephyr wine cooler

I purchased a two side wine cooler from them back in February. The one side of the cooler is not holding its temperature. I called for service and they send a third party(Hazzis supply company) to come a fix it. They come in April looked at the machine and I was told that they need parts and never heard back from them again. Last week I called PC Richard to find out the status and I was told that I had to wait for Hazzis to get back to me or I should had followed up with them. I am sorry but I purchased the product from PC Richard I gave them my money why is my responsibility who they send from do it. I called PC Richard customer service to speak with a manager and they do t want to be bother.

Horrible customer service

they told me i could bring back a washer that i never used its was okay then we took it back they told us okay now the supprisedont we are only giving you store credit jose told me now thats it so now i have gone to trouble shooter news and hired an attorney as a nurse in new jersey it is not right for a company to hold me hostage we ask we cant find anything we like jose said oh well then you have 800 dollar credit to badbeware

Bad customer service

I purchased a the wash machine on a Saturday was promised delivery on Wednesday i received hey phone call Tuesday night that I will receive delivery Wednesday between 11 and 2 2 a clock has come and gone no delivery nobody called to let me know that they won't be a delivery even though I took the day off because of that delivery today is Friday and I still can't get a delivery guarantee on Saturday all I got was the runaround nobody to talk to nobody cares don't waste your time the savings ain't worth it buy someplace else save yourself a lot headaches of headaches

Excellent service by a service man named Daniel representing P.C. Richard of Plainview, New york

A service representative came to my home to install a dryer vent. He was courteous, neat and well spoken. It was a difficult job since the dryer was up close to the back wall. He needed Assistance pulling out the washer in order to get to the back of the dryer,I called the store and was surprised to know that the manager of the store, Jonathan came to my to my home to assist Daniel. Both were wonderful
