I recently purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and install/warranty from PC Richards and shortly after the install I noticed my wood floors were buckling. I called PC Richards on Dec 27th to inform them of this issue and was told they would be able to get someone out there on Jan 4th.

On Jan 4th a new service technician came to the house and fixed the leak. I have serious concerns with the damage seeing how I have three small children and upon removing the insulation in my crawl space there is already a noticeable amount of mold. I contacted my insurance company and they said since it is a craftsmanship issue that PC Richards is liable for the damage. I have called PC Richards over 50 times in the last 3 weeks and have left numerous voicemails and have not received 1 phone call back.

I was recently told that the installer of the appliance would be at fault and PC Richards has nothing to do with it (Reliable which wasn't the same name they told me a week ago) and they tried to contact me at a number I never even heard of, so I had to have them update the number that they have been contacting me on for the lat 3 plus years. My invoice number is 25-90****.

The fact that not one person from PC Richards has contacted truly blows my mind. MY house needs to be repaired ASAP since this is most likely unsafe lively conditions.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
